It has been over a year now since I let this blog lapse into nothingness. I've been currently blogging here courtesy of MT. I left Blogger (or didn't leave - abandoned maybe?)last June because it was forever fucking up. But I realized this afternoon that I paid my $8.95 or whatever to have a commercial-free blogger site and I might as well at least be using this site to rant things that I don't want on my perky site. And at least Blogger has a damn spell checker. So how about that?! This can be my Dr. Jeckle and BananaHyde site. Please ignore all my prior posts. I had planned to just erase them but when I discovered I couldn't in one speedy swoop I decided it was too much trouble. And I'm all about slacking.

Blogger is pissing me off.

I had no idea that the pooch on Petticoat Junction and Benji, were one in the same.

I'm still having problems uploading photos to my site...so if you are in need of a raccoon photo fix, please click here! I am growing more and more frustrated with Blogger. I was all ready to switch over to MT, at my Sister's suggestion, when I found out this weekend that my host can't handle MT's software! How annoying is that? I suppose it is my fault for getting a cheap host, but wahhhh! I guess I'm stuck with this for a few more months. More whining - the weekend went by much too fast. Is it just me or does it seem like by the time you've rested up from the week and feel like doing anything actually fun it is Sunday night? At least this is a short week for me -- I'm taking off Friday! I'm very excited about that, even though I'll probably just spend the day running errands or more likely, just wallowing about my house in front of the tv! A plan free day is exactly what I'm needing. I hope everyone is having the easiest possible Monday.

Blogger is making changes again, and that means I can't unpload any files. What a bummer! I participated in Photo Friday again this week - if you'd like to see my picture, click here. I'm eager for the workday to be over. Two of my co-workers almost came to blows today. One wanted the other to email them edits. The other wanted to hand them the handwritten edits. Screaming was quick to ensue. It shocks me when people act like six-year olds in the workplace. Okay, I'm going to try and publish then now. My fingers are crossed!

It looks like the teensy raccoon I saw last night has a slightly larger sibling. Take a look: Aren't they adorable? I also learned an important lesson - you shouldn't feed raccoons pet food that "makes its own gravy." The critters took great pleasure in dipping the chow in the water. As an icky result, notice the orange-tinted water tubs. Oh well, the water needs changing every morning anyway. The raccoons spend the night splashing about and wading, which creates some pretty funky water!
